Guaranteed Reservations

To guarantee a reservation at the Wyndham Garden, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. If a credit card is not available, your reservation will only be held for a minimal time period.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid cancellation penalties, guaranteed reservations at the Wyndham Garden At Niagara Falls must be cancelled by 4:00 pm, 24-hours prior to arrival date. If you wish to cancel your reservation after 4:00pm on the day before arrival, a 1-night penalty will be applied.


The Wyndham Garden At Niagara Falls does not accept pets within the hotel. Service animals are permitted with proper documentation.

A non-refundable fee of $200.00 will be charged for any unregistered pet/animal.


The self-parking lot is conveniently located at the Main Street entrance of the Wyndham Garden At Niagara Falls hotel. In and out privileges for overnight guests only, $20 Parking fees are included with your facility fee.

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time at the Wyndham Garden starts at 4:00pm. If your party happens to arrive earlier and your room is not available, our Front desk will be happy to store your bags so you can enjoy your day. Check-out time is 11:00am the day of departure.

Taxes & Fees

Reservations are subject to 20% taxes & fees. (8% New York State tax, 5% Lodging tax and 7% Promotional Fee).
